The terms and conditions of sale are very simple:
- You have 30 days from the date of purchasing a product to request a no questions asked full refund, where any refund will be sent back to the buyer via the original payment method
- Products are digitally delivered, where a download link is sent to the buyer’s email for access to the product
Pro eBay Template:
Help (if needed) can be provided to customers who use the template as is designed to be used (like adding images, style changes or minor optional code tweaks). Help cannot be provided to those (like professional web developers) who change parts of the core code (e.g. trying to redesign the template structure itself that wasn’t designed to be edited, although this is allowed).
